Herbalist’s Note

Deep brewing of roasted dandelion root teases out the bittersweet and malty base that we infuse with a very spicy ginger and a fruity, hot Burmese demon chili. This technique creates a smooth, yet dry ginger beer with warming spice energy and an aromatic herbaceous-piney and rosemary-citrus top note that we achieve in the final cold brew process. We dreamed of making the first and best tasting spicy and sugar free ginger beer.
